Good to go

The test was clear, I have no problem, and I’m in the top 10% of the population in terms of VO2Max.

So I’m good to go back. The personal trainer gave me some good advice in terms of diets and training. I’ve totally remodeled my training program to work by interval, running from 7km/h to 16km/h 10 times in a row, twice a week, with a long run on Sunday.

Otherwise I’m currently evaluating 2 companies to bring me back on the mountain, and will make my decision very soon.
New target : Dec 24 2010 (!) or Feb 11 2011.

    Way to go. I’ll be watching your progress. I will be interested in your route. Keep up the good work and good humor. I think of our trip often.
